These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your Lash Enhancement booking with Inked Cosmetics LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site or booking an appointment, you agree to them.

The service

Lash Enhancement is a cosmetic tattoo placed along the upper lash line to create fuller-looking lashes and soft definition without the heavy look of eyeliner. Results vary by skin type, lifestyle, healing and aftercare. Client photos show real work but do not guarantee an identical outcome.

Offer, deposit and payment

• The limited-time Lash Enhancement offer is $349 and includes the initial session and one complimentary perfecting touch-up, a $150 value.
• A $100 deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied to the $349 total.
• The remaining $249 balance is due at your initial appointment.
• Your appointment is confirmed only after the deposit has been successfully paid through Square.
• Promotional pricing and availability are limited and may change.

Love-It-Before-We-Begin Promise

We map your shape and choose your Lash Enhancement together. Nothing is tattooed until you approve the plan. If we determine at your consultation that Lash Enhancement is not suitable for you, or you do not feel comfortable proceeding after mapping and reasonable adjustments, your $100 deposit will be refunded in full, provided tattooing has not begun.

Touch-up

One complimentary perfecting touch-up is included and is intended for approximately 6 to 8 weeks after the initial appointment. It refines areas that healed lighter and must be scheduled within the timeframe recommended by your artist. Additional or future maintenance sessions are not included.

Cancellations, rescheduling and arrival

• Appointments may be canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled time without an additional cancellation charge.
• Rescheduling 48 to 72 hours before the appointment allows the existing deposit to be transferred once to a new appointment date.
• Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the deposit and require a new deposit to book again.
• Please arrive on time. Arrival more than 10 minutes late may require cancellation because the full appointment time is needed.

Candidacy and health

Permanent makeup is not suitable for everyone. You agree to answer all health-screening questions honestly. Certain medical conditions, medications or circumstances, including pregnancy, may make you temporarily or permanently ineligible. Final candidacy is determined during your consultation.

Website and liability

We may update this website, its content, promotional availability and these terms. Site content belongs to Inked Cosmetics LLC and may not be copied without permission. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability related to your use of this website or our services is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
